Welcome to Misty-Roze.com !
Hi All
I just wanted to leave a note to all of you who have been a great support over the years, and to let you all know Misty-Roze Photography will no longer be in operation. I have decided to free up my free time with smaller projects and let my main focus be my full time carrier as a graphic illustrator / designer. I do still love photography and will be doing charity work with my photography and graphic work, but will now spend more time with my four legged family and o yah my husband ha-ha. So I will be using this site to show case my charity work, small projects and self indulging art and photography and leave the money making and bill paying up to my full time job. Once again thanks all for your support over the years!
So keep an eye out for my page updates! until then ill leave a few links live so you can have a look and my pet photography.

What's a Pet & People Too Portrait partyYou have a Pet & People Too Portrait Party and invite your friends to have their photographs taken. There is no session fee and no minimum purchase at the Portrait Parties. This is a great incentive to get people to the party. They will have no obligation and they can have fun ... no pressure to buy ... and no pressure for the pets (or themselves) to look perfect for the session. While they don't have to buy anything, they will. We'll get some great photographs and they'll want them. Food or drink is up to you. What's in it for you?The more you invite the more you save 4 guest’s sessions save 30% 5 guest’s sessions save 35% 6 guest’s sessions save 40% 7 guest’s sessions save 45% 8 guest’s sessions save 50% Sounds good but is it too good to be true? What do you have to do?The event takes place at your home. As a host, you will invite 4-8 guests and their pets to the event. You, and each guest family, will be scheduled for a 20-minute pets and people too, portrait session. In that time period, I will capture 5-10 images of each family with there pet in a "studio" environment. During each guest's 20-minute session, images of groups, individuals, or a combination of both can be taken. BUT who will do the scheduling? Your guests will. On my web page I proved a calendar with each party posted on its own date, each party will have a pass word, there on the date of the party will be a list of times your guest can pick from and post right there the time they want, first come first served. No need to keep up with who got what time and who forgot the time, its right there on the website and easy to find. As a host, you will be provided with invitations and envelopes for you to fill out mail, handout or email invitations are also available invite 15- 18 guest’s some guest may not be able to attend, if all want a space first come first served, up to 10 guest maximum As a host, you will need to provide a suitable space for creating professional photographs. It is best for the session area to be located in a room away from the rest of the party (prevents the pets from being distracted). The space should be about 10-14 ft wide and 10-14 feet long cleared. I know it can be a pain but some people move there living room furniture around or clear there garage area for this How will my guest view there proofs?Your guests and you will view your proofs online with a password protected gallery just for the party. Orders can be placed online or via e-mail and mail a check to me. As a host you do not have to take or deliver orders. All orders will be handled by my self. What's in it for me, the photographer?I do on-location work. Whether it is for a family portrait, a pet park or daycare, a magazine shoot or a festival, it is all on location. It requires driving to the site, lugging equipment around, doing the session and then lugging the equipment back. It's what I do and I enjoy it. However, it can take an hour to set up, especially when lighting the set. By having Pet and People Too Portrait Parties, I can set up once and photograph eight or nine Pets and People. That sure beats traveling to each home for a session and it saves the set up and break down time for each session. There is no sitting fee and no minimum purchase at the Portrait Parties. This is a great incentive to get people to the party. They will have no obligation and they can have fun ... no pressure to buy ... and no pressure for the kids (or themselves) to look perfect for the session. While they don't have to buy anything, they will. Call or e-mail today space is filling up fast, the Pet and People Too Portrait Party is becoming a great hit. Some friends are fighting over who gets to be the host! |
